Terms of service.

These terms and conditions make up a legally binding agreement between The Daily Fleur (ABN 79 832 286 897) and you.

This Agreement will be accepted on making payment for your flower order.

The Parties agree as follows:

ORDERS

We will always do our utmost to ensure your fleurs arrive at the recipient and brighten their day in the event of any problems we will always take each error case by case with respect and care.

It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the recipient’s address is correct and up to date. If the wrong address has been provided we will contact the sender to do our best to arrange delivery to the correct address if possible.
 If the recipient is not home and the fleur bunch is being sent to a secured property like an apartment building where we won’t be able to leave the bunch in a safe place we will contact the sender to arrange an alternative location or time. If the fleur bunch needs to be delivered the next day a delivery fee is required.

Once orders are placed we arrange the most efficient delivery schedule to make sure each bunch reaches each one of our valued customers. If you have a time request please contact us upon or prior to placing the order and we will do our best to accommodate your request if it does not inhibit our ability to meet each day's deliveries. Otherwise, all fleurs will be delivered between 9am-Noon but this is subject to change at the discretion of The Daily Fleur

If the recipient is not home we will find a safe place to leave the fleur bunch and the sender will receive a text message informing them of where the bunch was left. If there is no safe place to leave the bunch we will contact the sender for other arrangements.

If the recipient is no longer at the address for delivery the sender will be contacted and alternate arrangements will be made. If time constraints don’t allow the alternative delivery options then the bunch will be delivered the following day available day which will incur a re-delivery fee of $10.

If there is any other reason that we are not able to deliver a fleur bunch to the intended recipient, the sender or recipient will be contacted to discuss alternative arrangements which incur a delivery fee.


REFUNDS

If you believe your item is damaged or faulty with proof that it was caused by The daily fleur please contact us at hello@thedailyfleur.com to discuss

If you require a refund due to the address falling outside of our delivery area your account number and bsb will be requested to make a full refund via bank transfer minus administrative fees.

If you require a refund due to the day's fleur bunch being sold out, and the delivery cannot be moved to another day, your account number and bsb will be requested to make a full refund via bank transfer.

Our fleurs are purchased fresh and made to order therefore if you require a refund due to a change of mind, we require 24 hours' notice. Your account number and bsb will be requested to make a full refund via bank transfer.
